Step 1 — Let’s Connect

After you’ve browsed my work and feel like we’re a match, we’ll hop on a quick call (coffee, wine, or sweet tea encouraged). This is where we chat about your vision, what matters most to you, and how you want your wedding day to feel.

Step 2 — Save the Date

Once you’re ready to make it official, we’ll lock in your date! From here, you’ll get my wedding guide packed with tips, timelines, and vendor recommendations, plus a few fun surprises along the way. I’m in your corner from the start—answering questions, helping plan, and cheering you on.

Step 3 — Engagement Session

Think of this as your wedding day warm-up. We’ll choose a season and location that feels like you, and I’ll guide you every step so you can just focus on being yourselves. It’s the perfect way to get comfortable in front of my camera before the big day.

Step 4 — Planning Together

About two months before your wedding, I’ll reach out to go over all the details—timeline, family photo list, special traditions, and anything else I should know. My goal? To make sure your day runs smoothly so you can be fully present.

Step 5 — The Big Day

It’s here! I’ll be there from the quiet, emotional moments to the wild dance floor chaos—documenting it all while also fluffing dresses, fixing hair, wrangling bridal party, and making sure you’re hydrated and happy. You just focus on marrying your best friend.

Step 6 — Reliving the Magic

When your gallery arrives, grab a favorite beverage and make a date night out of reliving your wedding day. In your gallery you’ll get all the big moments, all the in-betweens, and all the little details you didn’t even know I caught.

WHAT SETS YOU A PART FROM OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS?
It’s my positive, fun personality combined with years of experience and professionalism that helps make your big day stress-free. I’m here to do so much more than just take pictures—I’m ready to step in, guide when needed, and also know when to blend into the background to capture those authentic, in-the-moment memories.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
Most couples book 10–14 months ahead, especially during peak wedding season. If your date is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out. if

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
Every wedding is unique, but I typically deliver at least 50 images per hour of coverage, with most clients receiving around 70 per hour. The total can vary depending on the events and timeline of your day. I deliver every image that meets my professional standards.

WHEN WILL WE GET OUR GALLERY?
You’ll receive your full gallery within 6–8 weeks. I also send a sneak peek within a few days so you can relive the magic right away.
